Shipping

Ordering is fast, easy and safe. Each order placed on working days before 16:00 hours will be shipped directly from our warehouse so you will have your order the next day. For orders we ask a contribution of €4.95 for shipping costs.

Your order will be sent with Postnl. If you have ordered before 16:00 (Mon-Fri) your package will be delivered the next day. It is possible to have your package delivered on Saturday, choose 'Saturday delivery' in the checkout.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your package will be delivered to a post office in your area. The postman will leave a bill in your mailbox which tells you at which post office you can pick up the package, you can also see the location on your Track & Trace page. Please bring your ID or passport to identify yourself when you go to pick up the package.

I want to return a product
Please send an e-mail to sales@athiq.nl with the order number, the name of the product you want to return, the condition of the product and the reason for the return. When this information is submitted you will receive an e-mail containing instructions and your return number for sending back the products.

Conditions for returns
Items can be returned when:
It is within 14 days of receipt is returned.

The article is not used / original condition.

Exchange

Products can not be exchanged.

Make sure you have the order number at hand so we can help you

You will receive a return label by email, print this and stick it on the box. (If you do not have a printer, copy the data from the label)

Pack the order again in a box, so that it also arrives neatly at our place. When you reuse a box we kindly ask you to remove or clearly cross out any existing address stickers or other barcodes.

Deliver the package to a postal service.

You will receive a shipping confirmation, keep this well, this is proof that you have returned a package.

Processing of returns

When the order is returned to us, we will evaluate it. If the order is received in good order you will receive a confirmation email and we will refund the amount within 5 working days to the account where the order was paid. If you prefer to receive a coupon for your next order, please indicate this clearly when you register the return.

Costs of returns

There is an amount of € 3.50 calculated as a contribution to the shipping costs for the return. This will be deducted from your purchase price including any shipping costs.

For the following exceptions, no return costs will be charged:

You have received a different product than you ordered

The product you ordered is received broken

The expiration date of the product has passed at the time of receipt.
